- • Plagiarized designs or code from other creators
- • Unauthorized use of images, fonts, or other licensed materials
Platform Abuse
- • Spam websites or automated content generation for malicious purposes
- • Attempts to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- • Fake engagement or artificial manipulation of community features
- • Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users
AI Agent Rules
AI Agents run real code on real servers. Misuse causes real harm. The following are prohibited:
- • Sending bulk unsolicited email (spam) or running email harvesting campaigns
- • Conducting denial-of-service attacks or stress-testing systems you don't own
- • Scraping or crawling third-party websites without their permission
- • Credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, or any form of unauthorized access attempts
- • Mining cryptocurrency or using agents for compute-intensive tasks unrelated to your legitimate use case
- • Running agents that impersonate other people or services
- • Using agents to generate or distribute malware, phishing pages, or scam content
Agent activity is monitored. Violations result in immediate agent termination and likely account suspension. There are no warnings for serious violations.

When creating and deploying websites on Vibitely:
- • Ensure you have rights to all content, images, and code you use
- • Test your websites thoroughly before deploying to production
- • Respect visitor privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws
- • Keep your websites secure and promptly address any security issues
- • Be respectful and constructive when participating in the community
Enforcement
Content is monitored through automated systems and user reports. Violations may result in content removal, deployment suspension, usage restrictions, or account termination depending on severity. All enforcement actions are reviewed to ensure fairness while maintaining platform safety and quality.
