Deleting Your Data

You can delete your Vibitely account and the personal data in it at any time. This also deletes what we received from Facebook or Google if you signed in with them.

What is deleted

Your account and the data linked to it, including your profile, the pages you made and the link to your Facebook or Google login, are deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Remove Vibitely from Facebook

In Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites. Select Vibitely and remove it. Facebook then stops sharing data with us. To delete what we already hold, also delete your Vibitely account as described above.

If you cannot sign in

Email hello@vibitely.com from the email address on your account, or tell us the name on your Facebook profile. We will delete your account and confirm within 30 days.

What other companies keep

Stripe, our payment processor, keeps its own payment records as the law requires. Facebook and Google keep their own records under their own privacy policies.
